Mr. Djony Bunarto Tjondro has been the President Commissioner of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Commissioner of the Company from 2017 to 2020 and PT Astra Sedaya Finance from 2016 to 2020. Earlier, he served as the President Commissioner of PT Astra Otoparts Tbk from 2015 to 2018; and Vice President Commissioners of PT Astra Daihatsu Motor and PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia from 2016 to 2018. Mr. Tjondro served as the Chief Executive of PT Astra International Tbk - Daihatsu Sales Operation from 2013 to 2018; and the President Director of PT Astra Sedaya Finance from 2009 to 2013. Presently, he also serves as the President Commissioner of PT Toyota-Astra Motor, PT Pamapersada Nusantara and PT Astra Honda Motor.

Mr. Frans Kesuma has been the President Director of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Mining and Energy from 2016 to 2019. Earlier, he also served as the Operational Director of PAMA from 2007 to 2011. Mr. Kesuma also served as the President Commissioner, Vice President Commissioner and Commissioner at PAMA’s subsidiaries and other Astra’s group companies. Currently, he serves as the President Director and Engineering Director of PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA) since 2013.

Mr. Loudy Irwanto Ellias has been a Director of the company. He also serves as the President Commissioner of PT United Tractors Pandu Engineering, PT Patria Maritime Lines, PT Patria Perikanan Lestari Indonesia and PT Universal Tekno Reksajaya. Mr. Ellias also served as Vice President Commissioner of PT Komatsu Indonesia and Cpmmissioner of PT Harmoni Mitra Utama. Earlier, he also served as General Manager of Marketing Division and President Director of PT Pandu Engineering from 2008 until 2017.

Mr. Idot Supriadi has been a Director of the company since 2021. He also serves as the Commissioner of PT Universal Tekno Reksajaya, PT Bintai Kindenko Engineering Indonesi and PT Dredging International Indonesia. Mr. Supriadi also served as a President Director of PT Komatsu Remanufacturing Asia and PT Acset Indonusa Tbk.

Mr. Iwan Hadiantoro has been a Director of the company. He also serves as the President Commissioner of PT EnergiaPrimaNusantara, PT llthabi Energia Tenagahidro and PT Redelong Hydro Energy and PT Unitra Nusantara Persada. Mr. Hadiantoro also serves as the Commissioner of PT Pamapersada Nusantara, PT Tuah Turangga Agung, PT Bhumi Jati Power, PT Acset Indonusa Tbk, PT Arkora Hydro Tbk, PT Bina Pertiwi and PT Agincourt Resources. He also served as President Director of PT Unitra Persada Energia and a Director of PT Karya Supra Perkasa, PT Tambang Karya Supra, PT Tambang Supra Perkasa and Unitra Power Pte. Ltd.
