Mr. Iwan Hadiantoro has been the President Director of the company since April 2026. Prior to this, he served as a Director and Chief Financial Officer of PT GE Finance Indonesia from 2008 to 2010, and Finance Director at PT Astra Sedaya Finance. Currently, he serves as the President Commissioner of PT Unitra Nusantara Persada, PT Agincourt Resources, PT Bina Pertiwi Energi, PT Anugerah Surya Pacific Resources, PT Stargate Pacific Resources, PT Stargate Mineral Asia, PT Stargate Dua Pasific Resources, PT Rajawali Sigi Lestari, PT Sumbawa Jutaraya, and PT Supreme Energy Sriwijaya. He also serves as the Commissioner of PT Bhumi Jati Power, PT Acset Indonusa Tbk, PT United Tractors Pandu Engineering, and PT Arkora Hydro Tbk.

Mr. Idot Supriadi has been a Director ofProduct Support at the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of the Service Division at Astra Group and President Director of PT Universal Tekno Reksajaya. Currently, he serves as the President Commissioner of PT Bintai Kindenko Engineering Indonesia, and Commissioner of PT Universal Tekno Reksajaya. He also serves as the President Director of PT Acset Indonusa Tbk and Vice President Director of PT Komatsu Remanufacturing Asia.

Mr. Frans Kesuma has been the President Commissioner of the company since April 2026. Prior to this, he held various roles at Astra Group including ISO 9001 Project Manager, Operations Manager, and Head of Operations Division. Currently, he serves as a Director of PT Astra International Tbk and UT Heavy Industry Pte Ltd. He also serves as the President Commissioner of PT Acset Indonusa Tbk, PT Danusa Tambang Nusantara, PT Tuah Turangga Agung, and PT Surya Astha Nusantara Finance, and Commissioner of PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA), PT Karya Supra Perkasa, PT Tambang Supra Perkasa (in liquidation), PT Unitra Persada Energia, and PT Astra Tol Nusantara.

Mr. Hendra Hutahean has been the Director of Mining Business at the company since April 2026. Prior to this, he served as a Director of PT Pamapersada Nusantara and President Director of PT Pamapersada Nusantara and PT Tuah Turangga Agung. Currently, he serves as the President Director of PT Pamapersada Nusantara, PT Tuah Turangga Agung,and President Commissioner PT Pertiwi Nusantara Raya Group, PT Kalimantan Prima Persada, PT Asmin Bara Bronang, PT Asmin Bara Jaan, PT Telen Orbit Prima, and PT Prima Multi Mineral, PT Wana Rimba Nusantara, PT Khatulistiwa Rimba Persada, PT Boven Rimba Persada, and PT Lestarikan Bumi Papua. Mr. Andreas has been the Director of Marketing at the company since April 2026. Prior to this, he held various roles at Astra Group including Head of Business Development of Scania On-Road Department, Head of Strategic Marketing of Scania Truck & Engine Department, Head of Strategic Marketing of UD Trucks & Tadano Department, and Head of Truck of Bus & Crane Marketing Operation Division.
