Mr. James F. McCann has been the Chairman of the company since 2025. He is also the founder of 1-800-Flowers.com. Prior to this, Mr. McCann served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company from inception until June 2016, and again from July 2023 until May 2025. Previously, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Clarim Acquisition Corp from 2021 to 2022. He also served as a member of the board of directors of Amyris, Inc. from May 2019 until May 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Board of Directors of Willis Towers Watson and its predecessors from 2004 to 2019. Currently, Mr. McCann also serves as the Vice Chairperson of the board of directors of Brightstar Lottery PLC.

Mr. Adolfo Villagomez has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since May 2025. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Progress Residential from May 2022 to March 2025. He also served as the President of The Home Depot’s online businesses from April 2021 to May 2022 and Chief Marketing Officer for US Retail at The Home Depot from December 2018 to May 2022.

Mr. Alexander Zelikovsky has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since December 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer at Pitney Bowes. Previously, he held divisional Chief Information Officer and Head of Digital Technology roles at Kimberly-Clark for both the EMEA and Latin America regions.

Ms. Melanie Babcock has been the Chief Marketing and Growth Officer of the company since October 2025. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Orange Apron Media and Monetization at The Home Depot. She held leadership positions at Cardlytics, MSL GROUP/Publicis Groupe, and Ketchum.
