Mr. James F. McCann has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2023. Currently, he serves as the member of the Board of Directors of International Game Technology PLC. Prior to this, he served as the Board of Directors of Willis Towers Watson and its predecessors from 2004 to 2019. Previously, Mr. J. McCann served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Clarim Acquisition Corp from 2021 to 2022.

Mr. William E. Shea has been the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2000. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller of the company in 1996. Previously, he worked with Ernst & Young LLP for 16 years.

Mr. Arnold P. Leap has been the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2013. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President at Direct Insite Corp. He also held various leadership positions in Direct Insite that include the Executive Vice President of Channel Sales and Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He has over 20 years of experience in the technology sector.

Mr. Jason John has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Publishers Clearing House. Previously, he worked as the Vice President of Marketing of Gilt Groupe Inc. Mr. John also held various marketing positions at Redcats USA, J. Crew, Inc., and Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc.

Mr. Michael R. Manley has been the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as a partner at Venable, LLP. Previously, he served as the Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel of CION Investment Management, LLC. Earlier, Mr. Manley worked as the Managing Director, Chief Compliance Officer, Secretary and Co-General Counsel at Plainfield Asset Management LLC, and President and General Counsel of PartMiner, Inc.
