Mr. Charles G. McClure has been the Chairman of the company since October 2018. Previously, he served as the Managing Partner of Michigan Capital Advisors from 2014 to 2017. He also served as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and the President of Meritor, Inc. from 2004 to 2013. Mr. McClure served as the Chief Executive Officer, President, and a Director of Federal Mogul Corp. Earlier, Mr. McClure served as the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Detroit Diesel. Mr. McClure currently serves as a Director of DTE Energy, Crane Co and Penske Corporation.

Mr. Jeffrey A. Graves has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of the company since May 2020. He also served as a Director of Integra Lifesciences Holdings Corporation, Hexcel Corporation, FARO Technologies and Teleflex Corporation. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director at MTS Systems from 2012 to 2020. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of C&D Technologies from 2005 to 2012. He held various leadership roles at Kemet Corporation including Chief Operating Officer from 2001 to 2003 and Chief Executive Officer from 2003 to 2005. Previously, Mr. Jeffrey also held several leadership and technical roles with General Electric, Rockwell Automation, and Howmet Corporation.

Ms. Phyllis Nordstrom has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since March 2026. He also serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served as an Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of the company. Previously, she also served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Risk and Compliance Officer of MTS Systems Corporation from May 2016 to July 2021. Ms. Nordstrom also held several leadership roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Target, and US Bank

Mr. Charles W. Hull has been the Chief Technology Officer of Regenerative Medicine, and the Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Previously, he also served as a Director of the company from 1993 to 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of engineering at UVP, Inc. He also served as the Engineering Manager at DuPont. Earlier, he also served several other executive positions at the Company, including Chief Executive Officer, Vice Chairman and President and Chief Operating Officer in 1986.

Mr. Reji Puthenveetil has been the Chief Commercial Officer and an Executive Vice President of Additive Solutions at the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of Industrial Solutions of the company from 2020 to 2024.
