Mr. Shirish Kalamkar has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Technology Officer at Ampersand Group. He has led Information Technology for Apparel Group India Pvt. Ltd., as well as Pizza Hut, S L Raheja Hospital, Hard Rock Café, and Paradise Food Court. Earlier, he served at Ambassadors Group, Taj Hotels, and Par Springer Miller.

Mr. Girish Nair has been the Chief Risk Officer of the company since 2024. He has over 16 years of experience in areas of governance, risk management, and controls. His experience spans various sectors, including education, gem and jewellery, financial services, FMCG, telecom, and clients of KPMG GDC.

Mr. Raj Kumar Ahuja has been the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Group President of Corporate at the company. Previously, he held senior finance and operations leadership roles at Yes Bank, Jio Financial Services, Star India, PayTM, and Wipro.

Mr. Uttam Prakash Agarwal has been the Chairman of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Audit and Special Audit of Bharat Petroleum, Hindustan Petroleum, Indian Oil & Larsen Turbo, appointed by the Central Board of Excise & Customs. Previously, he also served as the Technical Advisor on the Board of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), the Developing Nations Committee (DNC) of IFAC, and the Small and Medium Practices Committee (SMP) of IFAC.
