Mr. Shirish Kalamkar has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Technology Officer at Ampersand Group. He has led Information Technology for Apparel Group India Pvt. Ltd., as well as Pizza Hut, S L Raheja Hospital, Hard Rock Café, and Paradise Food Court. Earlier, he served at Ambassadors Group, Taj Hotels, and Par Springer Miller.

Mr. Girish Nair has been the Chief Risk Officer of the company since 2024. He has over 16 years of experience in areas of governance, risk management, and controls. His experience spans various sectors, including education, gem and jewellery, financial services, FMCG, telecom, and clients of KPMG GDC.

Mr. Raj Kumar Ahuja has been the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Group President of Corporate at the company. Previously, he held senior finance and operations leadership roles at Yes Bank, Jio Financial Services, Star India, PayTM, and Wipro.

Mr. Vinod Pahlawat is the Chief Growth Officer? of the company. Prior to this, he served in various industries including Telecom, BFSI, Manufacturing, Automotive, E-commerce, and IT Services. His expertise spans Cybersecurity, Managed Services, BPO/BPM, Cloud, and Automation.

Mr. Vaibhav Somani Acting has been the Chief Financial Officer since January 2025. Previously, He has experience in driving financial excellence across diverse industries in areas of leading financial teams, implementing robust internal controls, and managing critical Finance & Accounts functions.
