Host Hotels & Resorts Inc (HHR) is a real estate investment trust (REIT). It owns properties and executes operations through Host Hotels & Resorts LP (Host LP). The company’s portfolio includes upper-upscale, full-service hotels, which serve the transient, group and contract business groups. It also owns the non-controlling stake in domestic hotels and a timeshare venture in Hawaii. It also has a joint venture in Asia-Pacific owning minority interests in hotels in India. As of February 2023,, the company’s portfolio comprised 78 luxury hotels of which 73 are in the US and five in Brazil and Canada with an inventory of 42,200 rooms. It operates properties in the US, Canada, India, and Brazil. HHR is headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland, the US.
