Host Hotels & Resorts Inc (HHR) is a real estate investment trust (REIT). It owns properties and executes operations through Host Hotels & Resorts LP (Host LP). The company’s portfolio includes upper-upscale, full-service hotels, which serve the transient, group and contract business groups. HHR's portfolio primarily consists of hotels operated under well-known brands such as Marriott, Westin, Ritz-Carlton, Hyatt, Four Seasons, and Hilton. It also owns the non-controlling stake in domestic hotels and an international joint venture. HHR also has a joint venture in Asia-Pacific owning minority interests in hotels in India. It also indirectly owns hotels in India. HHR is headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland, the US.
