Mr. Richard E. Marriott has been the Chairman of the company since 1993. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of First Media Corp; the Chairman and Director of J. Willard Marriott and Alice S. Marriott Foundation; and a Director of the Richard E. and Nancy P. Marriott Foundation. Mr. Marriott also served a Director of Marriott International Inc, a President of the National Restaurant Association, and a Director of the Polynesian Cultural Center. He also serves as the President and a Trustee of the Marriott Foundation for People with Disabilities.

Mr. James F. Risoleo has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and a Director of the company since 2017. Prior to this, He served the Chairman of Cole Office & Industrial REIT from 2015 to 2018. He also served as an Executive Vice President, Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director at the company’s European business activities. He joined the company in 1996 as the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Development. Earlier, Mr. Risoleo served as the Vice President of Development at Interstate Hotels Corporation, and the Senior Vice President of Commercial Real Estate at Westinghouse Electric Corporation.

Mr. Sourav Ghosh has been an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President of Strategy and Analytics at the company. Mr. Ghosh held various positions at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, including the Senior Director of Real Estate Investments, and the Director of Acquisitions and Development. Currently, he serves as a Director of the US Travel Association and Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry. He joined the company in 2009.

Mr. Nathan S. Tyrrell has been the Chief Investment Officer and an Executive Vice President of the company since 2017. He held various leadership positions at the company including, Executive Vice President, Investments; Managing Director, Investments; and Senior Vice President, Treasurer. Mr. Tyrrell worked at the Rouse Company and Brown Realty, Inc. He joined the company in 2005. He serves as a Director of the AHLA.

Ms. Julie P. Aslaksen has been an Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and a Secretary of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President and General Counsel at General Dynamics Information Technology; and Staff Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at General Dynamics Corporation.
