Mr. Jeffrey D. Benjamin has been the Chairman of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Advisor to Cyrus Capital Partners LP since 2008, and Consultant to Apollo Management LP since 2002. He also served as a Senior Advisor to Apollo Management from 2002 to 2008. Mr Benjamin served as the Chairman of SGI from 2012 to 2014 and as a Director of SGI from 2009 to 2014. He also serves as a Director of American Airlines Group, Inc., Caesars Entertainment Corporation and Chemtura Corporation.

Mr. Gregory N. Roberts has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2005. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Spectrum Group International (SGI). Prior to that, he served as the president of Spectrum’s North America coin division.

Ms. Kathleen Simpson Taylor has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2019. Previously, she served as the Controller, Assistant Secretary and an Executive Vice President of the company. Prior to this role, she served as the Vice President, Controller and Assistant Secretary of the company. She served as the Vice President of Finance and Vice President of USA Finance at Mattel, Inc. Ms. Taylor served as the Directors of the Mattel Federal Credit Union from 2002 to 2004.

Mr. Brian Aquilino has been with the company since 2001. Prior to this role, he served as Director and then Vice President of Operations in the company.

Ms. Armik Zakian has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this role, she has served as the Vice President, CDO Business intelligence, Advanced analytics and big data at AT&T/Direct TV. She has served as the Director of Information Technology and Business Intelligence at EMI Music and the Senior Systems Manager of new technologies & architecture at Sony pictures entertainment.
