Mr. John M. Holmes has been the Chairman of the company since January 2023. He also serves as the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he worked as the Chief Operating Officer, and President of the company from June 2017 to June 2018. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Aviation Services business group from 2015 to 2017. Mr. Holmes also served as the Group Vice President of aviation services, and inventory management and distribution from 2012 to 2015. Previously, he was the General Manager, Division President of AAR Allen Asset Management from 2003 to 2012. Mr. Holmes joined the company in 2001.

Mr. Dylan Wolin has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since February 2026. Previously, he was the President of Elgin, Trackless, and Vactor of Federal Signal Corporation. Prior to this, he served as Director of Corporate Development Group at Boeing.

Mr. Eric S. Pachapa has been the Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Controller and Senior Director of financial accounting and reporting. Previously, he served at Glanbia plc from 2011 to 2014, and with Ernst & Young LLP from 1996 to 2011.

Ms. Jessica A. Garascia has been the Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Secretary of the company since July 2022. Prior to this, she held various positions including Deputy General Counsel at USG Corp from September 2013 to February 2020.

Mr. Rahul S. Ghai serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Digital and Technology Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Managing Director of Digital Technology for United Airlines. Prior to this, he led multiple industry-leading transformations across United’s operational and commercial functions, most recently for the Inflight Services/Flight Ops and Tech Ops divisions. Earlier. He worked at Sterling Commerce and Deloitte Consulting.
