Mr. John W. Robinson III has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Former Parent from 2014 to 2020, and President of Former Parent from 2016 to 2020. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Progressive Finance Holdings from 2012 to 2014. Mr. John served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of TMX Finance LLC. He also worked in the investment banking groups of Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers and Wheat First Butcher Singer.

Mr. Douglas A. Lindsay has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and the President of Aaron's Business from 2016 to 2020. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice president of ACE Cash Express from 2012 to 2016. He also served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2007 to 2012 and the Vice President, Finance and Treasurer from 2005 to 2007. Earlier, he also served as the Vice President of finance at Regus Plc/HQ Global Workplaces Inc.

Mr. C. Kelly Wall has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Aaron's Holding Company Inc. Prior to this, he served as the Treasurer and Senior Vice President of Finance at Aaron's, Inc. from 2019 to 2020; and Treasury, Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations at Aaron's, Inc. from 2017 to 2019. Mr. Wall also served as Chief Financial Officer at CNG Holdings, Inc. from 2016 to 2017. He also served as the President of KW Financial Consulting LLC from 2015 to 2016 and Senior Vice President of Finance at TMX Finance LLC from 2013 to 2015.

Ms. Rachel G. George has been the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, Executive Vice President, Secretary, and General Counsel of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Navient Solutions. Previously, she held various positions at Navient Solutions including Deputy General Counsel and Vice President and Associate General Counsel and Vice President from 2015 to 2017. Ms. Rachel also served as the Partner at Chapman and Cutler LLP from 2012 to 2015.
