Mr. Hans Straberg has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. Currently, Mr. Straberg serves as the Chairman of Atlas Copco AB, Anocca AB and Roxtec AB. He also serves as a Board Member of Investor AB. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Electrolux AB from 2002 to 2010, Co- Chairman of Trans-Atlantic Business Dialogue and held other positions within the Electrolux Group.

Mr. Rickard Gustafson has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director, and President of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at the SAS Group; Chief Executive Officer at Codan/Trygg Hansa; Director at Telia Company; and Director at The Confederation of Swedish Enterprise. Mr. Gustafson also held several positions within General Electric.

Ms. Susanne Larsson has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since March 2025. Previously, she served as the Global Business Services of Indirect procurement at Molnlycke Healthcare and Group Chief Financial Officer of incl strategy office, IT and Legal at Gunnebo and various senior leadership positions at SKF in finance and strategic change management.

Ms. Annika Olme has been the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Technology Development at the company since October 2022. Previously, she served as the Chief Technology Officer and Head of Engineering at SAAB Radar Solutions, Managing Directoratf Arcam and various other positions within SKF.

Mr. Joakim Landholm has been the Senior Vice President of Group Operations and Chief Sustainability Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at the Hector Rail; Chief Commercial Officer at SAS; and held various senior positions at Codan/Trygg Hansa and GE Capital.
