Mr. Muaffag Abdullah Mubarah has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2023. Currently, he serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Riyadh Food Industries Company and Abdullah Al Othaim Markets-Egypt. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of Berain Company, Global Beverage Holding Company, and Al Rajhi Steel Industries Company, Board Member of Jazeera Appliances Company, and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Naqel Company. Earlier, he served as the Deputy General Manager of Arab Company for Medical Products Manufacturing, and held several positions in areas of sales, marketing and business development.

Mr. Marwan Ahmad Mohammed Ibrahim is the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Currently, he serves as the board member in Fourth Milling Company and member of the Managing Directors Gulf Flour Milling Industrial Company. Previously, he served as the Board Member in Mueen Human Resources Riyadh Foods Industries Company.

Mr. Abdullah Saleh Ali Al Othaim is the Chairman of the company. Prior to this he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Afwaf; Awal Net; The Saudi Company of Agricultural Investment and Animal Production (Salek) and Dawalej Technology. Previously, he served as a Director of Safola food; United Farmers Holding; Al Khair Bank; 3G Limited; SALIC Canada Ltd; SALIC UK; Minerva Foods; Continental Farmer Group. Earlier, Mr. Abdullah also served as the Manager in Maqasem in Saudi Telecommunications and as a Project manager in the Saudi Industrial Development Fund.

Mr. Bader Hamed Abdulrazaq Alaujan serves as the Vice Chairman of the company. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of Abdullah AL-Othaim Markets Company- Egypt, Al-Jouf Agricultural Company, Fourth Milling Company, Arabian Agricultural and Industrial Investment Company “ENTAJ”, and Al Mutlaq Group Company, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of National Aquaculture Group Company (NAQUA), Board Member of Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Company (SALIC), member of the Managing directors of Al Wousta for Foods Services Company. Prior to this, he was the Deputy Chairman and Managing Director of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Managing director of Al Safi Danone Company, National Biscuits Manufacturing Company, and National Foods Industries Company. Earlier, he served as the Board Member and Chief Executive Officer of Savola Foods Company and managing Director of Al Muhaidib Foods Company, Alaujan Industrial Group.
