Mr. Nigel Travis has been the Chairman of the company since January 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer from 2009 to 2018 and Executive Chairman of the Board from 2013 to 2018, and Non-Executive Chairman from 2019 to 2020 of Dunkin’ Brands Group, Inc. He also served in various leadership roles at Advance Auto Parts, Inc and Office Depot, Inc.

Ms. Fran Horowitz has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2017. Prior to this, she served as the President and Chief Merchandising Officer of the company from 2015 to 2017. She also served as the Brand President of Hollister from 2014 to 2015 and President of Ann Taylor Loft from 2013 to 2014. Earlier, Ms. Horowitz served in various leadership roles including Executive Vice President of Women’s Merchandising and Design at Express Inc from 2010 to 2012. She held various merchandising roles at Bloomingdale’s, Bonwit Teller, Bergdorf Goodman, and Saks Fifth Avenue. Currently, she also serves as a Director of Conagra Brands, Inc.

Robert J. Ball has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, and Treasury of the Company from May 2023 to November 2024.

Mr. Scott Lipesky has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of American Signature Inc from 2016 to 2017. Mr. Lipesky held various leadership roles with the company including Chief Financial Officer of Hollister Brand from 2014 to 2016; Vice President of Merchandise Finance from 2013 to 2014; Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis from 2012 to March 2013; and Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis from 2010 to 2012. Earlier, he also served as Director of Corporate Finance at FTI Consulting Inc; and Director of Corporate Business Development at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company.

Mr. Gregory J. Henchel has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary from October 2021, and as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary from October 2018 to October 2021. He also held leadership positions as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary of HSN, Inc. from February 2010 to December 2017, and Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of Tween Brands, Inc. from October 2005 to February 2010. Earlier in his career, he worked at Cardinal Health, Inc. from May 1998 to October 2005 in roles including Assistant General Counsel and Senior Litigation Counsel, following his initial position as a litigation associate at the law firm Jones Day.
