Mr. Nigel Travis has been the Chairman of the company since January 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer from 2009 to 2018 and Executive Chairman of the Board from 2013 to 2018 until transitioning to Non-Executive Chairman from 2019 to 2020. He also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer and on the board of Papa John’s International from 2005 to 2008. Prior to this, he also served as the President and Chief Operating Officer from 1994 to 2004 at Blockbuster, Inc. Mr. Travis also currently serves as on the board of directors of Advance Auto Parts, Inc since August 2018.

Ms. Fran Horowitz has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2017. Prior to this, she served as the President and Chief Merchandising Officer of the company from 2015 to 2017. Earlier, Ms. Horowitz served as the Chairman of the company from 2014 to 2017. Previously, she served as the Brand President of Hollister from 2014 to 2015. She also served as the President of Ann Taylor Loft from 2013 to 2014. Earlier, Ms. Horowitz served in various leadership roles including Executive Vice President - Women’s Merchandising and Design in Express Inc from 2005 to 2012. Earlier, she held various positions at Bloomingdale’s, Bonwit Teller, Bergdorf Goodman, and Saks Fifth Avenue. She also serves as a Director of Conagra Brands, Inc., and SeriousFun Children’s Network, Inc.

Mr. Scott Lipesky has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of American Signature Inc from 2016 to 2017. Earlier, Mr. Lipesky served as the Chief Financial Officer of Hollister Brand from 2007 to 2016. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Merchandise Finance from 2013 to 2014, Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis from 2012 to 2013 and Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis from 2010 to 2012.

Mr. Gregory J. Henchel has been the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary at HSN, Inc. Earlier, he served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Tween Brands, Inc.

Mr. Samir Desai has been the Chief Digital and Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Technology Officer in Equinox. Earlier, he served as Director of information technology in Intertex Apparel Group.
