Mr. Danel C. Aboitiz has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since July 1, 2024, and Director since 2018. Previously, he was the Chief Commercial & Stakeholder Engagement Officer of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Danel C. Aboitiz served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of AboitizPower’s Coal and Oil Business Units. He also serves as a Director of the Philippine Electricity Market Corporation, Vice Chairman of the Energy Committee of the Management Association of the Philippines, and Vice Chairman of the Philippine Independent Power Producers Association.

Mr. Sabin M. Aboitiz has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the First Vice President, Senior Vice President, Executive Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer of Aboitiz Equity Ventures Inc. Mr. Aboitiz also serves as the Chairman of Aboitiz Power Corporation, Aboitiz Foundation, Aboitiz Infracapital, Aboitiz Land, Aboitiz Renewables, CRH Aboitiz Holdings, Filagri Holdings, Manila-Oslo Renewable Enterprise, Republic Cement Services and SN Aboitiz Power – Benguet. He also serves as the Director, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Aboitiz Equity Ventures Inc, Aboitiz & Company; and Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Aboitiz Renewables; and serves on the Boards of Aboitiz Construction International, Aboitiz Construction, AboitizPower International Pte. Ltd, AEV International Pte Ltd, Apo Agua Infrastructura, Lima Land, Pilmico Animal Nutrition Corporation, Pilmico Foods Corporation, Pilmico International Pte. Ltd, Republic Cement & Building Materials, Therma Luzon, Therma South, Unity Digital Infrastructure, and UnionDigital Bank.
