ABS-CBN Corp: Executives

Mr. Martin L. Lopez has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as the Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Meralco. Prior to this, Mr. Lopez also served as President of e-Meralco Ventures, Inc.

Mr. Carlo L. Katigbak has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and President of the company since 2016. Previosly, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company in 2015. Prior to this, Mr. Katigbak served as the Managing Director at SKY Cable in 2005. Earlier, he served as the Managing Director at Pilipino Cable Corporation and ABS-CBN in 1998. In 1994, he served as the Corporate Finance Manager at SKY Cable. Mr. Katigbak also served as the Financial Analyst at First Pacific Capital Corporation in 1992.

Mr. Ricardo B Tan Jr has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as the Head of Corporate Treasury and Investor Relations of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Tan served as the Chief Financial Officer at Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc.

Mr. Paul Michael V. Villanueva has been the Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Risk Management Officer, and Head of ABS-CBN Shared Service Center at the company. Previously, he served as Head of Corporate Treasury and Compliance Office of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Villanueva served as Managing Director of ABSCBN Shared Service Center.

Ms. Socorro V. Vidanes has been the Chief Operating Officer- Broadcast of the company since 2016. Previously, she served as concurrent Head of Creative Programs, Inc. Prior to this, she served as Head of Free TV, Channel 2 Mega Manila, and Managing Director for ABS-CBN TV Production.
