Mr. H.E. Jawaan Awaidha Suhail Awaidha Al Khaili is the Chairman of the bank. He also serves as chairman of National Holding. Also the Co-founder and Chairman of Emirates Link Group and Chairman of Ittihad International Investment.

Mr. Mohamed Abdel Bary has been the Group Chief Financial Officer of the bank since 2020. Regional Chief Financial Officer for Africa & the Middle East at Standard Chartered Bank.

Mr. Ashley Veasey has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since March 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Information Officer of Scotiabank. Previously, Mr. Ashley served leadership roles at Barclays, Standard Chartered, and Citibank.

: Mr. Nasser Abdulla Al Awadhi has been the Group Chief Executive Officer of the bank since January 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Group Chief of Consumer Banking at Dubai Islamic Bank since March 2018. Previously, he served as the Head of Strategic Relationships at Dubai Islamic Bank from 2014 to 2018 and Head of Business Development at Tamweel Company from 2011 to 2014.

Ms. Bushra Alshehhi has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the bank since 2023. Prior to this she served as a Head of Human Resources at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank from April 2021 to February 2023 and Head of Emritization and Recruitment at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank from April 2018 to April 2021. Previously she served various leadership roles at Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development.
