Mr. James Davidson is the Chairman of the company. Currently, he also serves as the , President and Chief Strategy Officer of Accelya Group. Earlier, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Farelogix Inc. Previously, hr served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of NTE. Prior to this, he held various senior leadership positions at Amadeus Global Travel, North America including President and Chief Executive Officer. Earlier, he was the Head of Sales and Marketing at System One and Vice President of Marketing at Reed Travel Group/OAG.

Mr. Jose Maria Hurtado serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Finance at Siemens VDO automotive in France and Spain for more than 10 years. he also worked for KPMG.

Mr. Sam Gilliland has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since November 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Travelocity and president at Sabre Airline Solutions. Previously, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Sabre in 2003. Before that, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Cherwell software.

Ms. Lesley Harris has been the Chief Operating officer of the company. Prior to this, over the past 20 year he served various leadership roles in Honeywell connected Enterprise, Sabre and Travelocity.

Mr. Alastair Pooley has been the Chief information Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served at various senior leadership roles at snow software and sophos.
