Mr. Jose Manuel Entrecanales Domecq serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company. He serves as a Trustee of various social, institutional, and philanthropic organizations, such as the Spanish Pro-CNIC Foundation for Cardiovascular Research, the Princess of Asturias Board of Trustees, the Prado Museum, the Instituto de Empresa Familiar, and the acciona.org foundation.

Mr. Juan Ignacio Entrecanales Franco has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2004. He also serves as a Director of ACCIONA Energia. Previously, he served as the Deputy General Manager of Construction for Acciona from 1995 to 1997. He served as an Executive Vice-Chairman of ACCIONA Infraestructuras. Prior to this, Mr. Franco also served as the Chairman of Acciona Infrastructuras from 2004 to 2010. He served as the Vice Chairman of SEOPAN from 2006 until 2012 and the Chairman of Mostostal Warsawa between 2001 and 2007.

Mr. Joaquin Mollinedo serves as the Director of Institutional Relations, Communication and Branding at the company. Prior to that, he served as the Director General for the Area of Corporate Resources in Acciona Energy from 2008 to 2009; as the Director General for Innovation and Sustainability from 2010 to 2011; as Secretary General and Legal Adviser at Vocento; and Secretary General, Secretary and Trustee of the Orange Foundation at Orange. Mr. Mollinedo also served as the Corporate Director for Institutional Relations and Regulation at Amena and Auna Group; and Head of the Studies and Reports Section for the General Judiciary Council.

Mr. Juan Muro-Lara serves as the Director of Corporate Strategy and Development Consolidation at the company. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chief of Staff; Chief Corporate Development and Investor Relations Officer; and Chief Executive Officer of the company's Other Businesses segment. Mr. Muro-Lara served as the Executive Director at UBS Investment Bank in Madrid from 1994 and 2004; and Assistant Director for UBS Investment Bank in London from 1992 and 1994.

Mr. Jorge Vega-Penichet has been the General Counsel and Secretary of the company since 2006. Previously, he served as the Chairman of Trasmediterranea and Bestinver. Prior to this, he was the Managing Co-Founder and Partner responsible for the Corporate and Commercial Departments at the law firm Vega-Penichet. He served as the Secretary General and a Director of Avanzit SA. and as a Director of Endesa.
