Mr. Jose Manuel Entrecanales Domecq has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of Endesa from 2007 to 2009; as the Managing Director and Chairman of Vodafone Espana from 1994 to 2007; and as Director of Sefinco Ltd from 1990 to 1992. Mr. Domecq also served as the Corporate Development Director and Finance Director of the company from 1991 to 2004; as a Director of Pro CNIC Foundation and Instituto de la Empresa Familiar.

Mr. Juan Ignacio Entrecanales Franco has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2004. Prior to this, he served as the President of ACCIONA Infrastructure from 2004 to 2010 and as the Chairman of Mostostal Warsawa from 2001 to 2007. Mr. Franco also served as the Vice Chairman of ACCIONA Infrastructure and Deputy Director of Construction at the company. Currently, he also serves as the Vice Chairman of Fundacion con R.

Ms. Arantza Ezpeleta has been the Chief Financial and Sustainability Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Technology and Innovation Officer of the company; as the Director General of the International Area of the Chairman’s Office from 2014 to 2016; as Area of Global Business Development from 2010 to 2014; and International Director from 2008 to 2010. Ms. Ezpeleta also served as the Europe Director at Acciona Energy from 2001 to 2008; as Director of PV Plants from 1999 to 2000; and as Engineer in the Technical Department of Acciona Energy from 1998 to 1999.

Mr. Joaquin Mollinedo has been the Chief Institutional Relations, Sustainability and Marketing Officer of the company. Prior to that, he served as the Director General for the Area of Corporate Resources in Acciona Energy from 2008 to 2009; as the Director General for Innovation and Sustainability from 2010 to 2011; as Secretary General and Legal Adviser at Vocento; and Secretary General, Secretary and Trustee of the Orange Foundation at Orange. Mr. Mollinedo also served as the Corporate Director for Institutional Relations and Regulation at Amena and Auna Group; and Head of the Studies and Reports Section for the General Judiciary Council.

Mr. Juan Muro-Lara has been the Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer of the company. Prior to that, he served as the Deputy Chief of Staff; Chief Corporate Development and Investor Relations Officer; and Chief Executive Officer of the company's Other Businesses segment. Mr. Lara served as the Executive Director at UBS Investment Bank in Madrid from 1994 and 2004; and Assistant Director for UBS Investment Bank in London from 1992 and 1994.
