Mr. Bernardo Velazquez Herreros has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2010. Prior this, he served as the Managing Director of the company. Mr. Herreros also served as the Chief Information Officer and the Head of Strategic Planning of the company. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of North American Stainless and VDM Metals, UNESID (Spanish Association of Iron and Steel Companies). Mr. Herreros serves as the World Stainless-Steel Forum and a Director of EUROFER (European Steel Association). He was the Acerinox Europa SAU, Inoxcenter SLU.

Mr. Luis Gimeno Valledor has been the Secretary of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the lawyer for Cuatrecasas, firm in which he was Equity Partner. Mr. Valledor was also a lecturer at the University CEU San Pablo and Instituto de Empresa consecutively. He was the Director General of Public service and Director General of Taxation of the Community of Madrid.

Mr. Carlos Ortega Arias-Paz has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company. He worked at Goldman Sachs and Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank in the international investment banking division. Mr. Ortega was the Chairman of Arta Partners, S.A and a Director of Arta Capital SGEIC SA. He serves as the General Director of Corporacion Financiera Alba, and the Chairman of Deya Capital IV SCR SA. He is also a Director of KKR Apple Holdings Corporation, Rioja Sarl, Verisure Topholding AB, and Harvard Club of Spain.
