Mr. Jan van den Berg has been the Chairman of the company since April 2021. He also serves as Director of company’s subsidiaries including Achmea Zorgverzekeringen N.V., Achmea Pensioen- en Levensverzekeringen N.V., and Achmea Schadeverzekeringen N.V. Previously, he served for various companies including Nationale Nederlanden, AXA and Prudential Financial. Earlier, he worked at Coopers & Lybrand.

Mr. Wim H. de Weijer has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2016. He also serves as Chairman of Achmea Zorgverzekeringen NV and its subsidiaries, and Wielco BV; and as Director of Achmea Schadeverzekeringen NV, Achmea Pensioen- en Levensverzekeringen NV, ADG and Het Gastenhuis BV.

Ms. Bianca E.M. Tetteroo has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since April 2021. She joined Achmea in 2009 and served in various positions. Previously, she served in various companies including Mazars and Fortis. Ms. Tetteroo had headed the Pension & Life division since 2012.

Mr. Michel A.N. Lamie has been the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company since April 2021, and its Chief Financial Officer since April 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of De Goudse Verzekeringen and is its Board Member since 2005. He also served as the Chairman of Supervisory Board of Van Lanschot Chabot. Previously, he served as the Group Director of Finance and Control of the company from 2002 to 2005. Mr. Lamie also served in various management roles at RSA Benelux and KPMG.

Mr. Michiel G. Delfos has been the Chief Risk Officer of the company since April 2022. Prior to this, he served as Chairman of the Non-Life division at the company. He joined the company in 2014 as Director of Property & Casualty Insurance. Previously, he served in various positions at Delta Lloyd and ABN AMRO Insurance.
