Mr. John P. Kelley has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors in 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors of Tenax Therapeutics Inc, from 2013-2017. Mr. Kelley also served as the President, the Chief Executive Officer, and Director of Phyxius Pharma Inc, which he co-founded. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer from 2004-2009 and as a member of its Board of Directors from 2005-2009 at The Medicines Company. Mr. Kelley held several positions at Aventis, including Senior Vice President of Global Marketing and Medical from 2000 to 2004. Prior to this, Mr. Kelly held various positions at Hoechst Marion Roussel Inc, including Commercial Director and Vice President of the US from 1998-1999; and Vice President of Marketing from 1995-1998.

Dr. Ron Cohen has been the President, the Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of the company since 1995. Prior to joining the company, he served as a Principal at Advanced Tissue Sciences Inc. He serves on the Board of Dyax Corp. Dr. Cohen also serves as the Chairman of New York Biotechnology Association and Emerging Company Section of Biotechnology Industry Board.

Mr. Michael Gesser has been the Chief Financial Officer at Acorda since November 2021. Prior to joining the Company, he served at Tergus Pharmaceutical, LLC, as the Chief Financial Officer from 2020- 2021. From 2017-2019, he served at BioMedomics, Inc., as the Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Gesser served at various biopharmaceutical and medical device companies such as SunTech Medical Inc., Osmotica Pharmaceutical Corp., and HAP Innovations LLC in the Chief Financial Officer positions from 2011-2017. Prior to those roles, at Allergan Pharmaceuticals he held several senior-level financial positions.

Mr. Kerry Clem has been the Chief Commercial Officer of the company 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President for Sales, Market Access, and Commercial Operations. Mr. Clem also served as the Vice President for Sales from 2011. Before this, he served as the Vice President for Sales at Allos Therapeutics, Inc. and as the Vice President for Sales and Marketing at Solstice Neurosciences, Inc. Mr. Clem has more than 20 years of sales and marketing expertise in the fields of pain management, anesthesia, cardiology, oncology, and movement disorders. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the growth of business organizations and numerous product launches.
