Mr. Jan H. Loeb has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and a Director of the company since 2016. He also serves as the Acting Chief Executive Officer of OmniMetrix since 2019. Currently, he serves as a Director of Gyroton Technology Inc since 2014 and a Director of TAT Technologies Ltd since 2009. He served as a Director of American Pacific Corp from 1997 to 2014. Prior to this, he served as the President of Leap Tide Capital Management Inc and a Managing Member of Leap Tide Capital Management LLC from 2005 to 2007; Portfolio Manager of Chesapeake Partners from February 2004 to January 2005; and the Managing Director at Jefferies & Company and Dresdner Kleinwort Wassertein Inc from 1994 to 2004.

Ms. Tracy S. Clifford has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2018. She also serves as the Chief Operating Officer of OmniMetrix since 2019. Ms. Clifford serves through Consulting Agreement between the company and Tracy Clifford Consulting LLC. She has been the President and Owner of Tracy Clifford Consulting LLC since 2015. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer, Corporate Controller and Secretary for pharmaceutical companies and REIT companies. Ms. Clifford served as accounting leadership positions at United Healthcare and the North Broward Hospital District; and worked in the Audit Team of Deloitte & Touche (Miami).
