Mr. Armin Zerza has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since April 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Commercial Officer of the company from 2019 to 2021. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, serving in North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America and also served in Chief Financial Officer roles across Procter & Gamble. Mr. Zerza has held a number of senior roles including the Director of global M&A team and the Chief Financial Officer of the European Baby Care and Latin America divisions at Procter & Gamble.

Mr. Grant Dixton has been the Chief Legal Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of The Boeing Company. Earlier, he served as the Associate Counsel to the President at White House.

Mr. Brian Bulatao has been the Chief Administrative Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Under Secretary of State for Management. Earlier, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at the Central Intelligence Agency from 2017 to 2018. Previously, he served as the Senior Advisor at Highlander Partners from 2016 to 2017 and Managing Director at Pallas Capital Partners from 2015 to 2017.

Ms. Lulu Cheng Meservey has been the Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Chief Communications Officer of the company since October 2022. She also served as the Director of the company. Previously, she served as the Vice President of Communications at Substack. Prior to that, Ms. Meservey served as the co-founder of the global strategic communications agency and the President and Chief Operating Officer of TrailRunner International.

Mr. Julie Hodges has been the Chief People Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Human Resource executive for 21 years at The Walt Disney Company. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President for Corporate HR, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition of the company.
