Mr. Neil M. Ashe has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of the company since 2021. He serves as a Director of National Association at Electrical Distributors (NAED). Ms. Karen J. Holcom has been the Chief Financial Officers and Senior Vice President of the company since 2019. She serves as an Executive sponsor for Acuity’s Women Network Employee Resource Group. Mr. Tyler H. Moon has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Operations of the company from 2014 to 2020, the Regional Vice President of Sales from 2013 to 2014, and the Vice President and General Manager of Specialty Lighting from 2011 to 2013. Mr. Moon was the Vice President of Operations at the company from 2007 to 2011, and the Director of Danaher Business System at the Danaher Corp.

Ms. Dianne S. Mills has been the Chief Human Resources and Senior Vice President Officer of the company since March 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Principal at Mills Consulting from November 2017 to February 2020. Ms. Mills served as the Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer of Walmart eCommerce division from August 2014 to January 2017 and the Head of Human Resources of PayPal from February 2009 to July 2014. Earlier, she held various business and human resources positions at Bank of America from September 1999 to January 2009.

Mr. Barry R. Goldman has been the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of the company since 2015. He joined the company in 2001 supporting all legal and transactional matters which includes acquisitions, strategic alliances, government relations, and risk reduction activities. Prior to this, he served as General Counsel at National Service Industries Inc from 1998 to 2001. Mr. Goldman serves as a Director of Southface Institute, the National Association of Manufacturers, and the McClung Lighting Research Foundation.
