Mr. Vincent Lawton is the Chairman of Addex Therapeutics. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director of Merck Sharp & Dohme (MSD) U.K. and the Vice President of MSD Europe, subsidiaries of Merck & Co Inc, until 2006. From 2004 to 2006, Mr.Lawton served as the President of the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry. He also served as a founding member of the U.K. Clinical Research Collaboration, the Ministerial Industry Strategy Group, the Pharmaceutical Industry Competitiveness Task Force. Mr. Lawton is a Non-Executive Director of the UK medicines regulator, the MHRA.

Mr. Tim Dyer is the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Mr. Dyer is Co-founder of Addex and had joined the group in 2002. Prior to joining Addex, Mr. Dyer served Price Waterhouse (PW) & PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in the UK and Switzerland. He is also a member of the board of directors of of Abionic SA and Qwane Biosciences SA.

Dr. Roger G. Mills is the Chief Medical Officer and a Director of the company. Prior to this, Dr. Mills served as the Executive Vice President, Development and the Chief Medical Officer at Acadia Pharmaceuticals. Currently, he also serves as a Visiting Professor at the Centre for Age-Related Diseases, Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience, King’s College London.
