Mr. Tan Khai Pang has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating and Technology Officer of the company. He has 30 years of experience in project management and product development in the field of telecommunications.

Mr Wong Tat Yang has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2023. He is in the accounting profession for more than 40 years with over 26 years working experience in Singapore listed companies.

Mr. Francis Low has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since February 2023. He joined the company in 2002 and served in various management roles. He has over 20 years of experience serving in designing digital wireless communications systems and satellite Communications roles.

Mr. Richard Lau has been the Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer of the company since February 2023. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Lau held senior leadership positions at some of Singapore’s leading companies, across a span of 25 years. Mr. Lau worked for 13 years at Certis CISCO Security Pte Ltd heading Group Marketing and Communications. Earlier, he worked for 12 years at Singtel Ltd. He also held senior management roles in Singapore and overseas, including Director of Satellite Service.

Mr. Richard J Denny has been the Chairman of the company since April 2023. He also serves as chairman of the risk committee. Previously, he held various positions at Inmarsat from 1988 to 2012. He served as Vice President of Satellite and Network Operations from 1998 to 2008. He also served as Head of engineering activities at Inmarsat. Mr Denny also served as President Commissioner of PT ISAT. Prior to this, he served at AUSSAT now OPTUS in Australia. Earlier, he held various positions Overseas Telecommunications Commission, part of Telstra.
