Mr. Jerome J. Dorlack has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Mr. Dorlack also served as the Executive Vice President for Americas of Adient from 2019 to 2022; Vice President and Chief Purchasing Officer of Adient from 2018 to 2019. Previously, he also served at Aptiv plc and ZF Friedrichshafen.

Mr. Joe Bennett has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer of Confidential. Mr. Bennett also served as the Advisory CISO at Kudelski Security.

Ms. Heather M. Tiltmann has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Human Resources Officer, and Corporate Secretary of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as seniorr Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Adient from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, she served as the Vice President and General Counsel, Labor and Employment, Litigation and Compliance at Adient since 2016. Previously, she was an attorney at Johnson Controls, Inc from 2011 to 2016.

Mr. Frederick A. Henderson has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Adient from June 2018 to September 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SunCoke Energy and SunCoke Energy Partners GP till December 2017. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Sunoco, Inc. and as a consultant to General Motors and AlixPartners. He served at General Motors for 26 years in several executive management roles, including Chief Executive Officer, President and President and Chief Operating Officer and Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer.
