Mr. Eduard Scheiterer has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as a Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director of ADTRAN GmbH, Munich / Berlin; Senior Vice president International Markets and Senior Vice president Research and Product Development at ADTRAN Inc from 2012 to 2021. He also served as the Head of Fixed Broadband Access, Head of Product Management and R&D of Business Support Systems and Siemens Team Leader of Portfolio Clean Team at Nokia Siemens Networks from 2006 to 2012. Earlier, he served several positions in the divisions of mobile networks, Private Communication Systems and Corporate Research at Siemens AG from 1998 to 1984.

Ms. Johanna Hey has been the Chairwoman of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Vice Chairwoman n 2013. She also served as a Director of the company in 2011. Previously, she served as a member of the compensation and nomination committee. Ms. Hey also served as a Professor for tax law, University of Cologne, Germany.

Prior to this, he served at Adtran Holdings, Inc as the Chief Executive Officer in 2005 and Chairman in 2007. Previously, he held several senior management positions including Senior Vice President and General Manager of the carrier networks division in the company. He also served as the Vice President of marketing and engineering at Transcrypt International and held senior management positions with E. F. Johnson Company. Earlier, he also served as a Director of various technology companies.

Mr. Ulrich Dopfer has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2015. He also serves as the President of the North American subsidiary of the company. Mr. Dopfer served as the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis and Corporate Services of the company. He served various senior management positions at ESCADA AG and FJH AG. He joined the company in March 2004.

Mr. Christoph Glingener is a Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Technology Officer at ADVA from 2007 to 2022. Earlier, he served as the Vice President of Engineering at ADVA in 2006. Mr. Glingener also served at Marconi Communications (now Ericsson) and Siemens Communications (now Coriant).
