Mr. Shane O’Kelly has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2023. He served as Chief Executive Officer of HD Supply, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Home Depot, Inc. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of PetroChoice and AH Harris. He also worked at The Home Depot and McKinsey and Company.

Mr. Eugene I. Lee, Jr. has been the Interim Chairman of the company since 2023. He also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Darden Restaurants, Inc. Previously, he served as the President and Interim Chief Executive Officer of Darden Restaurants, Inc. Prior to this, he served as the President of Darden’s Specialty Restaurant Group and as a President and a member of the Board of Directors of RARE Hospitality International, Inc.

Mr. Ryan Grimsland has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since November 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President of Strategy and Transformation at Lowe’s Companies, Inc. Previously he served in leadership roles at Haverty’s Furniture and UBS.

Mr. William Pellicciotti has been the Chief Accounting Officer, Controller and Senior Vice President of the company since 2022. Most recently, he served as vice president, controller – North America, at The Kraft Heinz Co. Prior to Kraft Heinz, Pellicciotti served in a variety of roles with increasing responsibility at the Colgate-Palmolive Co.

Ms. Elizabeth Dreyer has been the Chief Accounting Officer, Senior Vice President, and Controller of the company since 2024. Previously, she served as Chief Accounting Officer and Controller at Amyris, Inc. She served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Travel + Leisure Co. from 2018-2022. She also served as Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for Edgewood Personal Care.
