Mr. Robert M. Eversole serves as the Chairman of the company. Currently, Mr. Eversole serves as the Director at Davlyn Group and True North Asphalt.

Mr. D. Scott Barbour has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Network Power business at Emerson Electric Co. from 1989 to 2016.

Mr. Scott A. Cottrill has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, and Secretary of the company since 2015. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2012 to November 2014 and Executive Vice President from November 2014 to February 2015 at Jeld-Wen, Inc. Prior to this, Mr. Cottrill served as the Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer from 2005 to 2012, and Vice President of Internal Audit from 2002 to 2005 at Goodrich Corporation. Earlier, he also served at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 1987 to 1998.

Mr. Kevin C. Talley has been the Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2016. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Human Resources of the company in 2011. Prior to this, Mr. Talley served at The Scotts Miracle-Gro.
