Mr. Grant H. Beard has been the Chairman of Advanced Energy since February 2016. He also served as the Director of the company from 2014 to 2016. Prior to this, Mr. Grant served as the Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Wolverine Advanced Materials LLC from July 2012 to 2014; the President and Chief Executive Officer of Constar International, Inc. from October 2010 to June 2012.

Mr. Steve Kelley serves as Chief Executive Officer, Director and President at the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer and President at Amkor Technology, Inc. Previously, he also worked with Cree, Texas Instruments and Philips Semiconductors.

Mr. Paul R Oldham has been the Chief Financial Officer and the Executive Vice President of the company since May 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Electro Scientific Industries Inc. Mr. Oldham served in various leadership positions that include the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller, Vice President of Treasurer and other roles at Tektronix Inc.

Mr. Eduardo Bernal has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Assembly and Test Operations at NXP Semiconductors. Prior to this, Mr. Eduardo held various leadership roles in operations, manufacturing, planning, and quality at Texas Instruments.

Mr. Bernie Colpitts has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2023. He served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at GameStop Corp. Prior to Gamestop, Mr. Colpitts held various positions with ON Semi and SCI, including Vice President, Finance and Treasury of SCI and Chief Accounting Officer of ON Semi and SCI from 2017 to 2019 and Corporate Controller of SCI from 2013 to 2017.
