Mr. Grant H. Beard has been the Chairman of Advanced Energy since February 2016. Prior to this, he served as Director of the company from 2014 to 2016. Previously, Mr. Grant served as the Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Wolverine Advanced Materials LLC from July 2012 to 2014. Mr. Beard also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Constar International Inc from October 2010 to June 2012. Earlier, he also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of TriMas Corporation. He also served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Health Media. He also served as the Global Group President of Fluid Management Products at Dana/Echlin Corporation.

Mr. Steve Kelley has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and President at the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer and President at Amkor Technology, Inc. Previously, he also held various executive leadership roles with Cree, Texas Instruments and Philips Semiconductors.

Mr. Paul R Oldham has been the Chief Financial Officer and the Executive Vice President of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Electro Scientific Industries Inc. Previously, he held various leadership positions including Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller and Vice President of Treasurer at Tektronix Inc.

Mr. Eduardo Bernal has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Assembly and Test Operations at NXP Semiconductors. Prior to this, Mr. Eduardo held various leadership roles in operations, manufacturing, planning, and quality at Texas Instruments.
