Ms. Lisa T. Su has been the Chairman, President, and the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2022. She also serves as a Director of the company since 2014. Previously, she served as the Chief Operating Officer of its Business Units, Sales, Global Operations teams, and the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Global Business Units from 2012 to 2014. Prior to this, Ms. Su worked as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Networking and Multimedia at Freescale Semiconductor, Inc. She also served as the Chief Technology Officer at Freescale in 2007. Earlier, she had for over 13 years of experience at IBM in various engineering and business leadership positions, including Vice President of Semiconductor Research and Development Center. Ms. Su served as the technical staff at Texas Instruments Incorporated from 1994 to 1995.

Ms. Jean Hu has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Treasure of the company since January 2023. Prior to this she served as a Chief Financial Officer at Marvell, Qlogic and Conexant. Ms. Hu, served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at QLogic Corporation from April 2011 to August 2016, and as the acting Chief Executive Officer at QLogic from May 2013 to February 2014 and from August 2015 to August 2016. She had more than over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, including previous Chief Financial Officer at Qlogic and Conexant. Mr. Hu, worked on the board of directors at Fortinet, Inc. since October 2019.

Mr. Darren Grasby is the Chief Sales Officer, President of EMEA and Executive Vice President of the company. Previously, he held various leadership roles in sales and marketing including Senior Vice President of Global Computing and Graphics Sales from July 2018 to January 2019. Mr. Grasby worked as the President of EMEA and Global Channel Sales from October 2015 to July 2018. Earlier, he also served as Corporate Vice President of Global Sales and General Manager of EMEA from November 2014 to October 2015. He served as Corporate Vice President and General Manager of EMEA from August 2007 to November 2014 in the company. He joined the company in 2007.

Mr. Phil Guido has been the Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since July 2023. Prior to this he served General Manager, Global Managing Partner of Strategic Sales at IBM.

Mr. Mark D. Papermaster is the Executive Vice President and the Chief Technology Officer of Technology and Engineering at the company since 2019. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Devices Hardware Engineering at Apple, Inc. Mr. Mark also held various senior level positions at IBM.
