Ms. Lisa T. Su has been the Chairman, President, and the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2022. Previously, she served as the Chief Operating Officer of its Business Units, Sales, Global Operations teams, and the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Global Business Units from 2012 to 2014. Prior to this, Ms. Su worked as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Networking and Multimedia at Freescale Semiconductor, Inc. She also served as the Chief Technology Officer at Freescale in 2007. Earlier, she had for over 13 years of experience at IBM in various engineering and business leadership positions, including Vice President of Semiconductor Research and Development Center. Ms. Su served as the technical staff at Texas Instruments Incorporated from 1994 to 1995.

Ms. Jean Hu has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Treasure of the company since January 2023. Prior to this she served as a Chief Financial Officer at Marvell, Qlogic and Conexant. Ms. Hu, served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at QLogic Corporation from April 2011 to August 2016, and as the acting Chief Executive Officer at QLogic from May 2013 to February 2014 and from August 2015 to August 2016. She had more than over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, including previous Chief Financial Officer at Qlogic and Conexant. Mr. Hu, worked on the board of directors at Fortinet, Inc. since October 2019.

Mathew Hein is senior vice president and chief strategy officer of corporate development at AMD. Prior to joining AMD in 2022, Hein served as a partner at DBO Partners, where he was named a Top Investment Banker in North America for 2020 by MergerLinks. He also held a variety of leadership roles at Morgan Stanley, including managing director of the Technology Investment Banking Group and global head of Semiconductor Banking.

Mr. Mark D. Papermaster is the Executive Vice President and the Chief Technology Officer of Technology and Engineering at the company since 2019. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Devices Hardware Engineering at Apple, Inc. Mr. Mark also held various senior level positions at IBM.

Mr. Ruth Cotter is Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of the company since 2015. She is the Executive Sponsor of the Women’s Forum and AMD PRIDE Employee Resource Groups. She serves on the Global Semiconductor Alliance (GSA) Women’s Leadership Council.
