Mr. Khalifa Abdullatif Al Mulhem is the Chairman of the company. Prior to this, he served as the founder of the company. Mr. Al Mulhem has also served with the Saudi Industrial Development Fund SABB, the Saudi Spanish Bank, the General Organization for Social Insurance, Nama Chemicals Co, Riyadh Cement Co, and Al-Ittefaq Steel Products Co. Currently, he also serves as Chairman of the Board of Advanced Global Investment Co, Chairman of the Board of Advanced Global Marketing Co, Chairman of the Board of Advanced Polyolefins Industry Co, Chairman of the Executive Committee of APOC, Chairman of Khalifa Abdullatif Abdullah Al-Mulhem Ltd, Vice Chairman of Walaa Cooperative Insurance Co, Vice Chairman of Canadian Medical Center Co, and Chairman of ALPHA Capital.

Mr. Fahad Salem Al Matra? has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of Operations, General Manager of Supply Chain, General Manager of Technical, and Vice President of Technical. Currently, Mr. Matrafi also serves as a board member with Advanced Polyolefins Industry Co, SK Advanced Co, Advanced Global Investment Co, and Advanced Global Holding Co. He has more than 25 years’ of experience in various fields of the Petrochemical business.

Mr. Abdulaziz S. Al Ardhi is the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Currently, he also serves on the board of directors for Advanced Global Marketing Co; SK Advanced Co; Riyal Investment and Development Co; National Metal Manufacturing and Casting Co; and in National Industrialization Co.
