Ms. Erin N. Kane has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2016. Prior to this, she was the Vice President and General Manager of Honeywell Resins and Chemicals from 2014 to 2016; Business Director of Honeywell’s Resins and Chemicals business' chemical intermediates from 2011 to 2014; Global Marketing Manager of Honeywell’s Resins and Chemicals business in 2008; Global Marketing Manager of the company's Authentication Technologies business from 2006 to 2008; Product Manager of Specialty Additives business in 2004; and joined the company in 2002. Ms. Kane held Six Sigma and process engineering positions at Kvaerner Process and Elementis Specialties.

Mr. Patrick C. Day has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since April 27, 2026. Previously, he was the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis and Investor Relations at FMC Corporation.

Ms. Kelly Slieter has been the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since June 2020. Prior to this, she was the Vice President of Human Resources in Honeywell International Inc from 2018 to 2020; Vice President in Human Resources of the Honeywell UOP business from 2015 to 2018. Ms. Slieter joined Honeywell in 1997 and held various positions such as M&A Integration Leader and as HR Manager, Director of HR Functional Excellence, Corporate; and rejoined in 2005 as Director of Organization Development & Learning for the Automation & Control Solutions business; Director of Human Resources for Honeywell Building Solutions; and Senior Director, Human Resources Corporate.

Mr. Nav Chawla has been the vice president and Chief Digital and Information Officer of the company. Prior to this he served in various leadership positions at GE, Baker Hughes, TechnipFMC and Civitas Resources.
