Dr. David Sidransky has been the Chairman of the company. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Neck Cancer Research Division and Professor at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Mr. Sidransky also served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Champions Oncology; Director and Vice-Chairman of ImClone Systems, Inc.; Chairman of Tamir Biotechnology and Board of Directors of Rosetta Genomics, Immune Pharmaceuticals and Celsus.

Mr. Kenneth A. Berlin has been the Chief Executive Officer, the President, the Interim Chief Financial Officer and the Director of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Rosetta Genomics and he also served as the Worldwide General Manager at Veridex, LLC.

Mr. Roy Golan has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Biosight. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Neuroderm.

Mr. Andres A. Gutierrez has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he was the Chief Medical Officer at Oncolytics Biotech Inc. Mr. Gutierrez also served as the Chief Medical Officer at SELLAS Life Sciences Group and Medical Director, Early Development Immuno-Oncology at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Medical Director for Sunesis Pharmaceuticals, BioMarin Pharmaceutical, Proteolix and Oculus Innovative Sciences; Director of the Gene & Cell Therapy Unit at the National Institutes of Health in Mexico City and Consultant physician at the Hospital Angeles del Pedregal.

Ms. Dana Gelbaum has been the Chief Business Officer and General Manager of the company. Previously she was Vice President, Global Marketing and Corporate Development at Chiasma. She also served as Director of Business Development and Associate at Johnson & Johnson Development Corporation.
