Mr. Aengus Kelly has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since May 2011. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company’s US operations, since January 2008 and during 2005 to 2007, he served as the Treasurer of the company. Mr. Kelly started his career in the aviation leasing and financing business with Guinness Peat Aviation (GPA) in 1998 and continued with its successors AerFi in Ireland and debis AirFinance and AerCap in Amsterdam. Prior to joining GPA, he worked three years with KPMG in Dublin.

Mr. Peter Juhas has been the Chief Financial Officer the company since April 2017. Previously, he worked as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer since September 2015. Prior to joining AerCap, Mr. Juhas was the Global Head of Strategic Planning at AIG. Prior to joining AIG, Mr. Juhas was the Managing Director of the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley from 2000 to 2011.

Biography: Mr. Jorg Koletzki has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2015. Previously, he served at various management roles including transforming IT functions, managing complex system implementations on a global scale, and running high quality teams at IBM, Volkswagen, National Grid and E.ON.

Mr. Anton Joiner has been the Chief Risk Officer of the company since 2011. Previously, he held various positions at Scotia Capital, Commercial Aviation Group, and Hunting Cargo Airlines. Mr. Joiner joined the company in 2001. Prior to joining AerCap, Mr. Joiner held positions with Scotia Capital, Commercial Aviation Group and Hunting Cargo Airlines.

Mr. Sheridan has been the Company Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer of AerCap since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Internal Audit of the company. Prior to joining AerCap, he served in various management roles including financial reporting and control/process matters, advising companies on governance with KPMG and EY.
