Mr. Thomas A. Corcoran has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. He is serving as a Director since 2008. Prior to this, he served as the President of Corcoran Enterprises, LLC in 2001. He also served as the Senior Advisor of The Carlyle Group from 2001 to 2017. He held several positions including President and Chief Executive Officer of Gemini Air Cargo, Inc. from 2001 to 2004; President and Chief Executive Officer of Allegheny Teledyne Incorporated from 1999 to 2000. He also served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Lockheed Martin Corporation's Electronic Systems and Space & Strategic Missiles sectors from 1993 to 1999. Previously, he served as the Vice President and General Manager of G.E. Aerospace Operations in 1990. Earlier, he started his career at General Electric Company in 1967. He also served as the Director of several private and public companies.

Ms. Eileen P. Drake has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and a Director of the company since 2015. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2015 to 2015. Ms. Drake served as the President of Pratt & Whitney AeroPower’s auxiliary power unit and small turbojet propulsion business, UTC from 2012 to 2015. She also served as the Vice President of Operations at UTC from 2009 to 2012; Vice President of Quality, Environmental Health and Safety; and Achieving Competitive Excellence from 2003 to 2009. She served as the Product Line Manager and Plant Manager at Ford Motor Company from 1996 to 2003. Ms. Drake also served for United States Army from 1989 to 1996.

Mr. Daniel L. Boehle has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as the Vice President and Controller from 2017 to 2020 of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Boehle worked as Director of Aerospace Systems Sector Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis from 2013 to 2017; and Director of Corporate Internal Audit from 2012 to 2013. He also served as the Director of Corporate Assistant Controller from 2008 to 2012 and Manager of Financial Reporting at Northrop Grumman Corporation from 2001 to 2008. He also served as Financial Assurance services at KPMG from 1994 to 2001.

Andreas Wagner has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Human Resources for global Aerospace, Defense, and Marine group at TE Connectivity. He held serval leadership roles in global Human Resources at Bombardier Transportation. He also served for 12 years as NATO air defense unit in the German military.
