Mr. Wahid Nawabi has been serves as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President of the company. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2015 to 2016 and as the General Manager of Efficient Energy Systems (EES), the company’s former division, from 2011 to 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Global Sales at Altergy Systems from 2010 to 2011.He also served as the Vice President of Americas and Global Sales at C&D Technologies from 2009 to 2010. Earlier, he also served as the Vice President, Enterprise Segment, Canada, and North America at American Power Conversion (APC).

Mr. Kevin has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Jams Inc from 2014 to 2020. Previously, Mr. McDonnell held various management and finance positions at DoubleBeam, Inc from 2011 to 2014, also served as the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of Orange County Container Group LLC from 2008 to 2011. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration of Leiner Health Products from 2006 to 2008 and the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration of Memorex Corporation from 2004 to 2006. Earlier, he held various financial leadership roles at Teradata Corporation, Printrak, Digital Insight and Mattel.

Mr. Scott has been the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of small Unmanned Aircraft Systems from 2012 at the company. He also held various UAS leadership positions at the company.

Ms. Melissa Brown has been the Chief Compliance Officer, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the company since May 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since 2016. Previously, she served as the Corporate Counsel from 2015 to 2016. Earlier, Ms. Brown worked as an Associate Attorney at various law firms, including K&L Gates LLP from 2007 to 2014.
