Mr. Wan Razly Abdullah Bin Wan Ali has been the President and the Chief Executive Officer of Affin Bank Berhad since April 2020. Previously, he served as the Senior Managing Director in a leading banking group, Malaysia. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer in CIMB Niaga in 2009. He served as the Director of Corporate Client Solutions at CIMB Investment Bank in 2004. Prior to that, he served as the Head of Business Development at Aseambankers Malaysia (Maybank Investment Bank Berhad) in 2002.

Ms. Joanne Rodrigues has been the Chief Financial Officer of the bank since June 2020. Previously, she held various senior roles including the Chief Financial Officer (Wholesale Banking), Chief Internal Auditor and Regional Head, Strategy & Business Analytics at major financial institutions. She has over 23 years working experience in the Financial Services Industry.

Mr. Risham Akashah Bin Kamaruzaman has been the Chief Operating Officer of the bank since December 2020. Prior to this, he held several positions including Chief Technology Officer, Chief Digital Officer and Chief Information Officer with major financial services providers.

Ms. Nimma Safira Binti Khalid has been the Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary of the bank since January 2012. Previously she served as Manager, Legal & Secretarial and as Executive Assistant of CEO’s office.

Mr. Mohd Syukri Bin Ahmad Sudari has been the Chief People Officer of the bank since October 2020. He has over 24 years of experience in Human Resource and served in financial, telecommunications, engineering, aerospace, and insurance industries.
