Mr. Chen Zhuo Lin has been the Chairman and President of the company since 2014. He serves as the Vice Chairperson of 5th China Federation of Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs, a Director of 5th China Overseas Friendship Association, and the Vice President of Chinese Language and Culture Education Foundation of China. He also serves as the Chairperson of the 4th Council of Sun Yat-sen Foundation, Vice Chairperson of the 6th Council of Guangdong Overseas Chinese Enterprises Association, the Chairperson of the 4th Council of Guangdong Real Estate Chamber of Commerce, and the Chairperson of the Bureau of Friends of Hong Kong Association Development Foundation. He serves as the Vice Chairperson of the 5th Zhongshan Overseas Chinese Commercial Association, and the Vice President of New Home Association.

Mr. Pan Zhiyong has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as the General Manager of Marketing Department, Institutional Banking Division and Corporate Banking Department, Assistant President, Vice President, and President of Zhaoqing branch of Agricultural Bank at China Ltd. Mr. Zhiyong serves as Deputy Secretary of Guangdong Venture Capital and Private Equity Association, Co-President of Zhongguancun Private Equity & Venture Capital Association, and a Director of China Mergers & Acquisitions Association.

Mr. Wang Haiyang serves as a Senior Vice President of the company. He also serves as the President of the Property Group and Co-Chairman of A-City Eco Group at the company. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of China Machinery TDI International Engineering Co Ltd. Currently, he serves as the Vice Chairperson of Guangdong Province Real Estate Association and Guangdong Commercial Real Estate Investment Association.

Ms. Fion has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2015. Previously, she served as a Director, an Acting Co-Chairperson and Acting Co President of the company from 2014 to 2015. She served as the Vice Chairperson, Co-President and a Director of the company from 2005 to 2014. Previously, she served as the Chairperson of Guangdong Provincial Qiaoxin Charity Foundation. She serves as the Vice Chairperson of Guangzhou Real Estate Association.

Mr. Yin has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2015. Previously, he served as a Director and an Acting Co-Chairperson and Acting Co President of the company from 2014 to 2015. He served as the Vice Chairperson and Co President and a Director of the company from 2005 to 2014. He serves as the Chairperson of Guangdong Real Estate Chamber of Commerce and Vice Chairperson of China Charity Federation.
