Mr. Chen Zhuo Lin has been the Chairman and President of the company since 2014. He serves as the Executive Vice Chairperson of 5th China Federation of Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs, a Director of 5th China Overseas Friendship Association, and the Vice President of Chinese Language and Culture Education Foundation of China. He also serves as the executive Vice Chairperson of the 5th Council of Guangdong Overseas Chinese Enterprises Association and an Executive Chairperson of the 5th Council of Guangdong Real Estate Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Pan Zhiyong has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as the General Manager of Marketing Department, Institutional Banking Division and Corporate Banking Department, Assistant President, and Vice President of Agricultural BankofF China Ltd. Mr. Zhiyong serves as Deputy Secretary of Guangdong Venture Capital and Private Equity Association, Co-President of Zhongguancun Private Equity & Venture Capital Association, and a Director of China Mergers & Acquisitions Association.

Mr. Wang Haiyang serves as a Senior Vice President of the company. He also serves as the President of the Property Group and Co-Chairman of A-City Eco Group at the company. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of China Machinery TDI International Engineering Co Ltd. Currently, he serves as the Vice Chairperson of Guangdong Province Real Estate Association and Guangdong Commercial Real Estate Investment Association.

Mr. Liu Tongpeng serves as a Senior Vice President of the company. He also serves a Director of certain subsidiaries of the company. Mr. Tongpeng held various positions in Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, including the Vice President and President of Zhongshan Branch and Vice President of Guangdong Branch.
