Mr. Sean Boyd has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Vice Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2015 to 2022. Prior to this, Mr. Boyd served as the Vice-Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2012 to 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Vice-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2005 to 2012. Mr. Boyd served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company from 1998 to 2005. Prior to this, he served as the Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of the company from 1996 to 1998. He served as the Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of the company from 1990 to 1996. Prior to this, he served as the Secretary Treasurer and Comptroller from 1985 to 1990. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Boyd worked as a staff accountant with Clarkson Gordon.

Mr. Jeffrey Parr has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of Kirkland Lake Gold from 2019 to 2022. Prior to this, Mr. Parr served as a Director of Kirkland Lake Gold from 2014 to 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Centerra Gold Inc from 2008 to 2016 and Vice President of Finance from 2006 to 2008. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Acres International. Mr. Parr held several senior financial positions at WMC International from 1988 to 1997.

Mr. Ammar Al-Joundi has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the President of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Barrick Gold Corp. He held various positions including the Senior Vice President of the company's Capital Allocation and Business Strategy, Senior Vice President of Finance, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Barrick South America, and Vice President of Citibank.

Mr. David Smith has been an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2012. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President at the company. He also served many engineering positions in the mining industry in Canada and abroad. Presently, he serves as a Director of Gold Group and Director of the World Gold Council.

Mr. Jean Robitaille has been an Executive Vice President and the Chief Strategy & Technology Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Business Strategy and Technical Services from 2020 to 2022. Prior to this, Mr. Robitaille served as the Senior Vice President of Business Strategy and Technical Services of the company from 2014 to 2019.
