Previously, he served as the Executive Director and Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chief Insurance Business Officer of Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China Ltd. Prior to this, he worked as President of CITIC-Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited.
Garth Brain Jones
Chief Financial Officer Senior ManagementMr. Garth Brain Jones is the Chief Financial Officer of AIA. He joined the Group in April 2011 and is a Director of various companies within the Group, such as AIA Company Limited and AIA International Limited. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of China Pacific Life Insurance Co., Ltd. He held various senior management positions with Prudential Corporation Asia Limited during 12 years, which includes Chief Financial Officer of the Asian life insurance operations. Previously, Mr. Jones led the development of Swiss Re’s Asia life business.
Leo Michel Grepin
Chief Strategy Officer; Chief Executive Officer - Regional Senior ManagementMr. Leo Michel Grepin has been the Regional Chief Executive and Group Chief Strategy Officer of the group since January 2022. Prior to this, he served as the President of Asia at Sun Life and also worked with Bridgewater Associates.
Stuart Anthony Spencer
Chief Marketing Officer Senior ManagementMr. Stuart Anthony Spencer is the Chief Marketing Officer of the group. He also serves as a Director of various companies in the group. Prior to this, he served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Asia Pacific at Zurich Insurance Group from 2016 to 2017 and as its Chief Executive Officer of General Insurance, Asia Pacific from 2013 to 2016. Previously, he was associated with American International Group from 1996 to 2009. Prior to that, Mr. Spencer served as Global Head and Chief Operating Officer of Worldwide Life, Accident and Health at Chubb Insurance.
Jayne Plunkett
Chief Risk Officer Senior ManagementMs. Jayne Lynn Plunkett has been the Chief Risk Officer of the group since 2019. She also serves as a Director of AIA Singapore Private Limited and The Philippine American Life and General Insurance Company. Previously, she served as Chief Executive Officer Reinsurance Asia, Regional President Asia of the group.
