Mr. Lee Yuan Siong has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the group since June 2020. Previously, he served as an Executive Director and Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chief Insurance Business Officer of Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China Ltd. Prior to this, he worked as the President of CITIC-Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited.

Mr. Garth Brain Jones is the Chief Financial Officer of AIA. He joined the group in April 2011 and is a Director of various companies within the group, such as AIA Company Limited and AIA International Limited. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President of China Pacific Life Insurance Co., Ltd. He held various senior management positions with Prudential Corporation Asia Limited for 12 years, which includes Chief Financial Officer of the Asian life insurance operations. Previously, Mr. Jones led the development of Swiss Re’s Asia life business.

Mr. Stuart Anthony Spencer is the Chief Marketing Officer of the group. He also serves as a Director of various companies in the group. Prior to this, he served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Asia Pacific at Zurich Insurance Group from 2016 to 2017 and as its Chief Executive Officer of General Insurance, Asia Pacific from 2013 to 2016. Previously, he was associated with American International Group from 1996 to 2009. Prior to this, Mr. Spencer served as Global Head and Chief Operating Officer of Worldwide Life, Accident and Health at Chubb Insurance.

Mr. Mark Konyn is the Chief Investment Officer of the group. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Cathay Conning Asset Management. Prior to this, he held senior positions at Allianz Global Investors, Fidelity Investments and Prudential UK.

Ms. Cara Ang serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company. Previously, she served as the Head of Human Resources at Standard Chartered Bank Singapore. Prior to this, Ms. Ang held the position of Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources for Marsh Asia.
