Mr. Vagn Sorensen has been the Chairman of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at Austrian Airlines Group from 2001 until 2006 and held various senior commercial positions with SAS Scandinavian Airlines System including Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Sorensen served as the Chairman of British Midland Ltd and FLSmidth &Co. A/S. and a Director of Lufthansa Cargo AG. He also served as the Chairman of the Association of European Airlines and a Director of International Air Transport Association. Currently he serves as the Chairman of Pantheon Infrastructure PLC and a Director of CNH Industrial N.V. and Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd.

Mr. Michael Rousseau has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer in the company. Mr. Rousseau also served as the Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Vice President of the company. Earlier, he held various executive positions at Hudson's Bay Company including President. He also held various senior executive financial positions at Moore Corporation in Chicago, Silcorp Limited and the UCS Group (a division of Imasco Limited). Currently he serves as a Director of the International Air Transport Association.

Mr. John Di Bert has been the Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Vice President of the company since 2023. Prior to this he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Clarios International Inc from 2022 to 2023. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer for both Bombardier and Pratt & Whitney Canada.

Mr. Marc Barbeau has been an Executive Vice President, the Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of Stikeman Elliott LLP and a member of its Partnership Board and Executive Committee.

Mr. Craig Landry serves as an Executive Vice President, the Chief Innovation Officer and President of Aeroplan at the company. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer at Air Canada. He held the position of President of Air Canada Vacations and Air Canada Rouge, as well as Senior Vice President, Revenue Optimization. He also served in senior leadership roles in Revenue Management, Global Sales and Product Distribution, Marketing, and eCommerce. Additionally, he held executive positions at a loyalty and data analytics company.
