Mr. Qu Guangji has been the President and a Director of the Company since March 2026. He also has been a Director, the General Manager and a Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of China National Aviation Holding Corporation Limited since January 2026. Mr. Guangji has been a Director of TravelSky Technology Limited since 2024. Previously, he served as a Deputy General Manager of China Southern Air Holding Company Limited and a Deputy General Manager of China Southern Airlines Company Limited.

Mr. Yan Simeng has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2021. He obtained Doctorate in theoretical and computational physics.

Mr. Yi Xuedong has been the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of the company since March 2026. He also has been the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of AVIC Group Corporation since January 2026. Previously, Mr. Yi served as a Director and Party Secretary of the Research Center of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and served as a Section Chief, a Deputy Director and a First-Class Inspector of the Policy and Law Bureau of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.

Mr. Ni Jiliang has been the Vice President of the comany since 2022. He also has been a Deputy General Manager of China National Aviation Holding Corporation Limited since 2022. Prior to this, Mr. Jiliang has been the Chairman and Secretary to the Communist Party Committee of Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering Corporation. Previously, he served as the Chief Engineer of the company and as a Chief Executive Officer and a Deputy Secretary of the Communist Party Committee of Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering Corporation. He was the Chairman of Beijing Aero-Engine Services Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Services Aero-Engine Maintenance Co., Ltd.

Mr. Fu Fangxing has been the Chief Accountant of the company since June 2026. He also has been the Chief Accountant of Aviation Industry Corporation of China since May 2026. Prior to this, Mr. Fangxing served as the Chairman of AVIC Finance Co., Ltd. and Director of the Finance and Capital Department of Aviation Industry Corporation of China, Ltd. He was a Deputy Director and later a Director of the Capital Operation Department of Aviation Industry Corporation of China, Ltd., and served as a Director of the Finance Department, a Member of the Sub-Party Leadership Group, a Director and a Chief Accountant of China National Aero-Technology International Holding Co., Ltd.
