Mr. Natarajan Chandrasekaran has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Tata Consultancy Services from 2009 to 2017. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of Tata Steel, Tata Motors, Tata Power, Tata Consultancy, Tata Consumer Products, and Indian Hotel Company.

Mr. Campbell Wilson has been the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director and a Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing and the Chief Executive Officer at Scoot.

Mr. Sanjay Sharma has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since June 10, 2024. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer at Tata Projects Ltd. Prior to this, Mr. Sharma served as the Chief Financial Officer at Tata Realty Infrastructure Ltd, and Managing Director, Head of Equity Capital Markets, at Deutsche Bank Group.

Mr. Sisirakanta Dash has been the Chief Strategy Officer of the comapny since April 2026. Previously, he was the Chief Technical Officer of the company. Prior to that, he served as the head of engineering and maintenance at Vistara. Prior to this, he has been instrumental on various contract negotiations with OEMs, lessors, and vendors with a consistent goal of cost optimization.

Mr. Nipun Aggarwal has been the Chief Commercial Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President at Tata Sons. Mr. Aggarwal also worked at Standard Chartered Bank and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He served as the Commercial Advisor at BP PLC. Earlier, he was a Director of Tata group companies including Tata Housing, Tata Value Homes, Tata Projects, Tata Power Odisha Discoms, and Tata Urban Infrastructure. Currently, he serves as a Director at Tata Electronics, Air India Express, and AIX Connect. He also serves as the Chairman of Air India SATS Airport Services Private Limited (AISATS).
