Mr. Benoit Potier has been the Chairman of the company since June 2022. Prior to this, he was the Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2006 to 2022. Mr. Potier also served as the Vice-President of Energy Development, Director of Strategy & Organization and Executive Vice-President and Senior Executive Vice-President of the company. He also served as a Project Manager in the Engineering and Construction Division of the company. Earlier, he served as a Research and Development Engineer of the company. Currently, he serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Air Liquide International Corporation; a Director of American Air Liquide Holdings, Inc, CentraleSupelec, Siemens AG and Association franchise des enterprises privees; the Chairman of European Round Table; and the Co-Chair of Hydrogen Council.

Mr. Francois Jackow has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since June 2022. Prior to this, he supervised Europe Industries, Europe Healthcare and Africa, Middle East and India regions, from 2016 to 2022. From 2020 to 2022, he also supervised Innovation, Technologies, Digital and IT divisions. Prior to this, he headed Corporate Strategy division, from 2014 to 2016; headed the Large Industries business, from 2011 to 2014. Previously, he was he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Air Liquide, since 2007 to 2011. He was also the Vice President of Research, Development, and Advanced Technologies, since 2002 to 2007. He held various senior level positions in Business Development, Marketing, Engineering and Strategy for Air Liquide. He joined the company in 1993.

Mr. Jerome Pelletan has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served Chief Financial Officer for the Americas Hub, since 2014 to 2021. Mr. Pelletan also served as the Chief Financial Officer and Operations Controller for Latin America region, from 2012 to 2014. He also served as Director Organization & Accounting Standards in Head Office in France. He joined Air Liquide in 2006. Prior to joining Air Liquide, he served financial management roles at Deloitte, Accor and Hermes.
