Mr. Seifi Ghasemi has been the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Air Products since July 2014. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Ghasemi served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Rockwood Holdings from 2001 to 2014. He also held leadership roles at GKN, including as Director of the Main Board of GKN, plc; Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of GKN Sinter Metals, Inc. and Hoeganes Corporation from 1997 to 2001. He also served as Director of the Main Board of BOC Group, plc; President of BOC Gases Americas; and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BOC Process Plants, Ltd. and Cryostar.

Ms. Melissa Schaeffer has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, she served as Vice President, Finance - GEMTE, Americas, Middle East, and India from 2020-2021. In addition, she served as the Chief Audit Executive from 2016-2020. Prior to joining Air Products, Ms. Schaeffer was Director, Internal Audit at Trinseo.

Mr. Samir J. Serhan has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2020 and Executive Vice President since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the President of Praxair Inc from 2014 to 2016. He also served in various leadership positions in the US, and Germany for The Linde Group and the Managing Director of Linde Engineering from 2000 to 2014.

Mr. Brian Galovich has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company since December 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President, Digital Technology and Chief Information Officer at Collins Aerospace. Previously, he served as the Chief Information Officer for Pratt & Whitney and Global Business Systems at United Technologies Corporation.

Ms. Victoria Brifo has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President, Equipment Sales, Plant Support and Central Procurement at Air Products and Chemicals in 2014; and she also served as the Global Manager of Electronics Operations in 2008. Previously, she served as Global Diversity Director of Air Products in 2005.
