Mr. Rene Obermann has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Currently, he serves as a Managing Director at Warburg Pincus Deutschland Gmbh, Deputy Chairman at IONOS Group SE, and Director at ISAT Connect Bidco Limited. Prior to this, he served as Partner and Managing Director at Warburg Pincus. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Member-Management Board at Ziggo NV. Mr. Obermann worked at Deutsche Telekom Group and as the Chief Executive Officer at Deutsche Telekom AG. He also served as Chief Executive Officer at Hutchison Mobilfunk GmbH.

Mr. Guillaume Faury has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2019. Currently, he also serves as a Director at AXA SA. Prior to this, he served as the President of commercial aircraft business of the company. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Airbus Helicopters division of the company from 2013 to 2018. Previously, he held various positions in the areas such as programs, engineering, and flight testing at Airbus’ helicopter business, including the Executive Director of Research and Development, Executive Vice President of Programmes and a member of Eurocopter Executive Committee from 1998-2008. Mr. Faury began his career at Direction Generale de l’Armement (DGA) as a Flight-Test Engineer in 1992.

Mr. Thomas Toepfer has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since September 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Labour of KION GROUP AG and Chief Financial Officer of Covestro. Previously, he served as a consultant with McKinsey & Company Inc and in leading management positions for STILL GmbH, Karstadt Warenhaus GmbH.

Ms. Sabine Klauke has been Chief Technical Officer and Executive Vice President of Engineering of the Commercial Aircraft at the company since 2024. Previously, she served as the Head of Engineering, Airbus Defence and Space from 2018 to 2021. Prior to this, she served as Head of Programmes Customer Services from 2015 to 2018. Ms. Sabine worked at DELMIA from 1998 to 2002

Mr. Thierry Baril has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since June 2012. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Eurocopter and a member of the Eurocopter Executive Committee since 2003. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Human Resources Director of Boccard SA and Human Resources Manager of Laborde & Kupfer-Repelec in 1991. He also served as the Human Resources Director of the Alstom Energy Belfort site, and the Vice President of Human Resources of the Alstom Energy Group in 1995. Earlier, he served as the Managing Director of Human Resources for Europe for GE in 2000, and the Vice President of Human Resources at Alcatel Space in 2000.
