Mr. Sunil Bharti Mittal has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. Currently, he held various positions including Chairman of Bharti Enterprises and Bharti Airtel; Chairman of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). He also served as a Director of Qatar Foundation Endowment (QFE); and Co-Chairman of the India-Africa Business Council. He also serves as a Member of International Business Council, World Economic Forum (WEF), and Member of Global Board of Advisors, Council of Foreign Relations (CFR). Previously, Mr. Sunil served as the Chairman of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) from 2016 to 2018; Chairman of GSM Association (GSMA) from 2017 to 2018; and President of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) from 2007 to 2008.

Mr. Olusegun Ogunsanya has been the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, and a Director of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Airtel Nigeria since 2012. He has more than 25 years of business management experience. Earlier, he held leadership roles at Coca-Cola’s bottling operations in Ghana, Kenya and Nigeria. He also served as a Managing Director of Nigerian Bottling Company Ltd and Head of retail banking operations at Ecobank Transnational Inc.

Mr. Jaideep Paul has been the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the company since 2021. Previously, he held various senior level positions at various organizations including Pricewaterhouse, Hindustan Zinc, HCL, and Telstra V-Com and Caltex. Mr. Jaideep also served various positions at Bharti Airtel including Principal Finance Officer of Mumbai Circle from 2004 to 2006, and Regional Finance Controller of East Circle from 2006 to 2007. He also served as Chief Finance Officer at Bharti Retail Limited from 2008 to 2009, and Airtel Nigeria from 2010 to 2014.

Mr. Jacques Barkhuizen has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2023. He also serves as non-executive director at Smartcash PSB. He served as the Chief Information Officer at Vodacom South Africa and for digital and virtual channels at Absa.

Ms. Rogany Ramiah has been the Chief Human Resource Officer of the company. Previously, she served as a Director at Mass Discounters. Prior to this, Ms. Rogany served as an Executive at Massmart in 2018.
