Mr. Felix J. Grawert has been the Chairman of the company since March 2021. He has been appointed as the Chief executive officer of the company since august 2017. Previously, he served as Head of Product Line High Voltage Conversion at Infineon Technologies, Munich and Villach from 2013 to 2017. Prior to this, he served as Consultant at McKinsey & Company from 2005 to 2013.

Mr. Christian Danninger has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since May 2021. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at SANY Group from 2017 to 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at AHC Oberflachentechnik from 2016 to 2017. Earlier, he served various leadership roles at Engle Austria from 2005 to 2015.

Mr. Alexander Everke has been the Chairman of the company since May 2025. Previously he served as Chief Executive Officer at ams-OSRAM AG, Graz, Austria and Munich from 2016 to 2023. Prior to this, he served as a member of the NXP Management Team, senior vice president, Executive Vice President & General Manager, Business Units of lnfrastructure, Multimarket Semiconductors (MMS) and lndustrial, NXP Semiconductors, Eindhoven, Netherlands in NXP Semiconductors from 2006 to 2014. He served as a Senior Vice President & General Manager, Chip Card & Security ICs Business Unit, Munich, Germany in Infineon Technologies AG from 2001 to 2005. Earlier, he served in Siemens AG as the Vice President, Sales, Marketing & Logistics, Memory Products Division, Siemens AG Munich, Germany / Infineon Technologies AG from 1996 to 2001.prior to this he served as marketing director for memory products business unit at siemens from 1991 to 1996

Mr. Frits van Hout has been the Deputy Chairman of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President, Director at ASMLChief Strategy Officer, Chief Program Officer and Chief Marketing Officer from 2009 to 2021. Prior to that, he served as Divisin functions in Senior Management from 2001 to 2009. He also served as Chairman Bayeler, Hardinxveld-Giessendam, Netherlands & Gotha from 1998 to 2001. Prior to this, he was Chief technology Officer of Datacolor, Dietlikon, Schweiz & Bradford, Großbritannien from 1992 to 1997. He served various functions in Management of ASML, Veldhoven, Netherlands from 1984 to 1992.
